The Border Target Operating Model has been produced and developed in collaboration with stakeholders. We want to continue engaging with stakeholders and testing the model in draft form.
The Cabinet Office is running a programme of engagement with stakeholders from all nations of the UK and international partners starting from the 5th of April for six weeks. It will consist of sector-specific workshops, international events, broader stakeholder groups, and bespoke sessions covering all Border Target Operating Model aspects.
In addition, HMRC is providing a session for Community System Providers, Software Developers, and Express Operators. Here is the invite to the session covering the following:
