23 Dec 2010The legislative deadline for ICS to go live across the EU is Saturday 1 January 2011. As the first days of legal implementation of ICS span the weekend and New Year Bank Holiday period, exceptional cover has been arranged by the ICS Project team. If you have any problems connecting to or submitting Entry Summary Declarations to the UK ICS system between 1 – 3 January 2011 please:
Email the ICS Helpdesk email account (ics.helpdesk@hmrc.gsi.gov.uk) which will be monitored; or
Telephone the ICS Helpdesk in Harwich between 10am and 1pm on 01255 244 744; or
Telephone Lee Teager the ICS Project Manager between 10am and 1pm on 0777 5410841
